技術入股應該怎么分才合理

一般是指公司核心技術人員在無需繳納任何出資或僅需繳納較低出資的前提下獲授的公司股權。該類股權一般不得對外轉讓,且權利受到限制,僅享有分紅權與增值權,我們也稱之為受限股。
